"Aylburton Memorial Hall (Public)"
Once again it’s that time of year to start looking forward to the lighter days and some summer sport. We would really like to hear from anyone who would be interested in getting involved in some local cricket, either as a player, maybe an umpire, or a scorer.
Or simply just as a spectator.
We are very lucky to be able to enjoy our cricket at such an idyllic location down at Aylburton Memorial Playing Field. We hold regular Wednesday evening practice sessions and play many weekend matches. We also perform very well in the league.
Our first match of the season is a Forest Derby v Yorkley on Saturday 27th April.

Forest Exiles are a cricket club formed in 2014.
Aylburton Memorial Playing Field is now firmly established as our home ground, and we enjoy close relations with the trustees. Normally we play our Saturday cricket in the Cheltenham, Gloucester & Forest Premier League.
We also play in the WGCF Midweek Wednesday League.
There are also many Friendly fixtures to suit all. With a mixture of experience and youth we participate in cricket for the benefit of all and follow the guidelines set out by the ECB Clubmark.
If you wish to enquire about joining the Forest Exiles then or please call Dan Keddle on 01594 516631 or 07713760591.
Our ethos is to play cricket within the spirit of the game and to encourage participation in all sports.
